You will serve as the technical lead for Lazy Dog’s data platform, as well as act as a solution designer, developer, technical coach and project manager.

Responsibilities
Manage the Data Warehouse and Analytic platforms, including the design, implementation and maintenance.Responsible for coding solutions, at a senior level.Partner with internal stakeholders, product owners, and peers to build simple and robust sustainable solutions.Ensure high quality solutions are provided through data quality measures, including data validation, cleansing, and transformation.Lead stakeholders and internal team through complex data problems.Ensure implementation protocols / details are documented.Provide guidance to junior team members.Stay up to date on industry trends and create best practices within the data team.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or related field; Advanced degree and / or certifications in Data Engineering or Data Science is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in data engineering experience with extensive experience coding at a senior level.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical lead role including tracking work, managing assignments, managing capacity, and assuring quality. Prior experience within hospitality is preferred.Must have strong understanding of Azure / Fabric’s data and analytic platforms and advanced understanding of Azure Data Factory; prior experience implementing services within Fabric is a plus.Advanced SQL data analysis and troubleshooting skills are required.Must be able to design and develop a multi-tiered data warehousing and analytics platform across 20 data sources.Strong analytical, time management, organizational and hands-on problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented technology environment.Customer and client focused.Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.Trusting, passionate, humble and gracious.Build lasting relationships with trust and respect.J-18808-Ljbffr
