The Lazy L&B Ranch is a historic dude ranch located in Dubois, Wyoming. We're surrounded by thousands of acres of wildlife habitat, incredible scenery and amazing hiking and fly-fishing. If you're looking to escape the grind and breathe a little then this is the job for you!
Previous professional cooking experience is required.
Duties:
Supervise and work alongside the Sous Chef and Baker/Pastry Chef to:
- Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, dinner and hors d'oeuvres for up to 35 guests and 20 crew
- Maintain the kitchen and prep areas making sure they are clean and organized
- Supervise dining/dish staff
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices
- Review and ensure compliance with all Health Department Safety Standards and Regulations
- Maintain, clean and organize the coolers, freezers and dry storage areas on a regular basis
- Inventory control, ordering and budgeting. Check-in all orders

Other Details:
- Compensation includes a monthly salary, gratuities, an end of season bonus and room and board
