Overview
We manage a diverse portfolio of short-term and long-term rental properties in the scenic Antlers area. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to property owners and tenants while maintaining top-quality standards for all our properties. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team and help us ensure smooth operations across our portfolio.
Key Duties
- Property Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations for short-term and long-term rentals, including tenant/guest communications and coordinating maintenance.
- Guest and Tenant Relations: Handle guest inquiries, resolve tenant concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Reporting: Regularly report updates on property conditions, tenant/guest feedback, and maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
- Marketing: Help create and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates for both short-term and long-term properties.
- Compliance: Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including rental licensing and tax requirements.
- Scheduling and Maintenance: Coordinate property cleanings, inspections, and repairs to ensure all properties are in excellent condition.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular property site visits to inspect conditions, meet with tenants or guests, and oversee ongoing repairs or upgrades.
- On-Demand Tasks: Respond promptly to property-related emergencies or other time-sensitive issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Hands-On Skills: Ability to handle minor repairs, touch-up painting, and furniture assembly.
- Eager to Learn: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to conduct site visits in the Antlers, OK, OKC, Sand Springs, OK area; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing property issues.
