What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

- Conduct outbound follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved concerns.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling customer interactions.
- Assist with cash handling processes when required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support strategies and improve service delivery.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote relevant products and services to customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system for future reference and service improvement.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) :
Previous customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with a focus on phone etiquette .
Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customers.
Experience in cash handling is advantageous.
Familiarity with sales techniques to engage customers and promote offerings.
A proactive and customer-first attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
