Fulfillment Associate – Warehouse Operations
Location : Hybrid Remote | Frankfort, IL 60423
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000 per year | ⏳ Full-Time (40 hours / week)

Are you a detail-oriented warehouse professional with a knack for operating heavy equipment and managing inventory systems ? We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing, warehouse operations, and product distribution .
As part of our dynamic logistics team , you will use your mechanical expertise and equipment operation skills to keep our fulfillment processes running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
- Operate warehouse equipment including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes to load and unload inventory safely.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure real-time order accuracy .
- Assemble and package products based on customer orders.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) while following strict safety guidelines .
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency .
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate inventory tracking.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and quality audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) :
Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred (1 years ideal).
Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery such as clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes .
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically active role.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus!
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills .
Strong team player with effective communication skills .
