Fulfillment Associate – Warehouse Operations
Location : Hybrid Remote Frankfort IL 60423
Salary : $35000 $45000 per year FullTime (40 hours / week)

Are you a detailoriented warehouse professional with a knack for operating heavy equipment and managing inventory systems We are looking for a Fulfillment Associate to play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing warehouse operations and product distribution .
As part of our dynamic logistics team you will use your mechanical expertise and equipment operation skills to keep our fulfillment processes running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
Operate warehouse equipment including clamp trucks cherry pickers and cranes to load and unload inventory safely.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure realtime order accuracy .
Assemble and package products based on customer orders.
Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) while following strict safety guidelines .
Work closely with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and maintain efficiency .
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate inventory tracking.
Conduct regular inventory counts and quality audits to maintain stock accuracy.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) :
Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred (1 years ideal).
Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery such as clamp trucks cherry pickers and cranes .
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in a physically active role.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus!
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills .
Strong team player with effective communication skills .
