LBAPS is looking for a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of health and wellness professionals. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing patients with a variety of behavioral and emotional disorders and creating individualized treatment plans. The BCBA should have patience and empathy to work with a population of clients that includes individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, brain injuries, emotional control issues, and more. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a record of effective behavior modification.
Job Description
- Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals.
- Conducting Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Implementing and monitoring behavior treatment plans to support patients.
- Providing ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Providing Parent Trainings.
- Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Salary : $100 - $115
