What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at LBC International Inc?
We are looking to fill our full time Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. A customer service representative will act as liaison between our clients and be able to resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face. Customer service representative will be trained in the aspects of our business that matter most: Customer Service; Small Team Management; Client Relations. We have recently expanded into the Houston market and are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable and competitive looking for both professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and build relationship with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, or relevant degree
- Passion for working with a team and collaborating with others
- Comfortability within a leadership role
- Desire to work within a positive work environment

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
