We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Duties
- Lead and manage front-of-house staff, including training and development of team members.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service and food safety are maintained.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations within the establishment.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in shift management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a food service environment is advantageous.
- Proficient in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
- Have high volume restaurant experience & work well under pressure
