Job Description
We are looking for a safety-conscious, reliable Equipment Operator who wants to learn the boiler operator world.
We need someone committed to the schedule and interested in training to become a Boiler Operator in the future.
As the Equipment Operator, you would mix wood chip waste to feed the boiler and assist the boiler operators in the control room.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $24.17/hour plus an additional $0.45/hour on nights
Schedule
- Dupont Schedule: rotating 12-hour shifts with turnaround/some weekend work required
- 3 nights, 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- 4 days, 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Shifts are scheduled a month in advance allowing you to schedule your own calendar in advance

Requirements
- Experience and ability to safely operate a front-end loader
- Commitment to working scheduled days/hours
- Willingness to learn the boiler operator's duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and team lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
