As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and health of our clients' lawns. You will be responsible for mowing, edging, and trimming lawns, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standards.
This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the ability to work well with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns using commercial-grade mowers, ensuring even, clean cuts
- Edge and trim grass along sidewalks, driveways, fences, and other boundaries
- Blow off grass clippings from driveways, sidewalks, and other hardscapes
- Maintain and clean equipment before and after each job
- Ensure proper care of all landscaping tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, edgers, blowers)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
