Who You Are:
As the Accountant, you will support all financial reporting and analyses of the Hospitality, Condo Association, Short-Term Rental, & Corporate business units within LC. In this role, you’ll assist with general ledger, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions to support the management operations.
The Difference You Will Make:
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor and manage association email inbox
- Code & submit association payables via Smart Bill system
- Cash management reporting and cash flow processing
- Submit monthly sales tax returns via Ohio Business Gateway for Hospitality entity
- Compile and communicate intercompany invoices to department leads
- Prepare monthly analysis and closing and consolidating entries in accordance with close checklists
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely accrual basis financial statements for the Hospitality, Condo Association, Short-Term Rental, & Corporate business units
- Maintain continuous improvement mindset working to consistently improve efficiency and effectiveness of the close process
- Maintain appropriate communication with the Accounting Manager through close process to identify and address potential delays
- Assist with other information requests across the organization as needed
- Assist other departments and managers with allocations of monthly shared services as needed
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with two to three years of experience preferred

None, however, the ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization regardless of reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with two to three years of experience preferred.

This position will be based out of our Columbus, OH Corporate Office
