Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor and manage company's liquidity position
- Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting key insights and trends
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks , Outlook, and Excel to maintain accurate financial records
Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial report interpretation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
