RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for collaborating with the corporate marketing team and supporting community sales teams in a variety of ways. You will have primary responsibility for the following, in partnership with the marketing team.
- Website auditing and content management, in collaboration with vendor.
- Oversight of HubSpot automated marketing platform, with vendor collaboration.
- Managing and monitoring third-party digital marketing vendor, including digital advertising (GoogleAds), SEO/SEM, Paid Social, and reporting.
- Social media coordination through third-party vendor.
- Reputation management: drive and respond to online reviews, manage surveys.
- Basic public relations (media pitches, press releases, article placement) and management of PR Agency.
- Video content creation and coordination.
- Manage and write a quarterly corporate newsletter.
- Basic event coordination.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- At least two years of agency or in-house marketing experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, preferably HubSpot
- Strong analytic skills preferred, especially Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of and/or interest in Google AdWords.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn WordPress.
- Photoshop, video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) skills a plus.
- Microsoft Office suite of applications.
LOCATION:
This is a primarily in-person role that requires being in the Norwood, MA office Mon-Thur. with a work from home option on Fridays. Some work travel required.
