Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours per week with some weekend responsibilities

Responsibilities
- This role involves a combination of organizational, customer service, and logistical coordination to ensure successful execution of events, with a focus on clear communication, safety, and attendee satisfaction
- Plan and execute large-scale student ministry events such as Camps, retreats, and serve trips. This includes managing logistics, coordinating programming, and ensuring a high-quality experience that aligns with ministry goals.
- Oversee all event logistics by coordinating housing, transportation, safety measures, and on-site operations. This ensures excellence in execution while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students and leaders.
- Manage event registration processes by overseeing systems for registrations, waivers, and attendee data. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for LCBC campuses (staff and volunteers), students, and parents.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing event-related needs for attendees, parents, and staff. Communicate event details clearly and troubleshoot issues as they arise to create a positive experience for all participants.
- Develop and expand new event opportunities including domestic serving trips, leadership retreats, and summer internships. Ensure these events support the long-term vision for student ministry growth and discipleship.
- Lead the planning and execution of serve events that encourage students to invest in their communities and develop a heart for generosity. Work with local partners and LCBC campuses to maximize impact.
- Organize leadership retreats to equip and develop student leaders through intentional training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience.

- Effective Communication: Capable of inspiring and mobilizing others through clear, compelling, and relational communication, while also being an active listener who values feedback and collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess ministry needs, set goals, and implement strategies that align with the overall vision for student ministry.
- Support Student Ministry in the creation of amazing events that lead students to becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ
- Support LCBC in the Mission of introducing people to Jesus and together fully following him
- Communicate clearly to LCBC Location and Central Student Ministry staff about the strategy and tactics of all events
- Can articulate an identifiable salvation experience and lives out a pattern of spiritual development and regular attendance and participation at LCBC.
- Supports LCBC’s mission, priorities, philosophy of ministry, and doctrinal statement.
