- Keep events running smoothly by organizing timelines, working within assigned budgets, and handling logistics like a pro.
- Ensure every event looks as good as it feels, collaborating with the Marketing team to create materials that align with Luthercare's branding.
- Be the go-to contact for everything event-related, from setup to feedback, making sure every detail is perfect.
We're currently seeking an Event Coordinator for a Full-Time, exempt-level position, at Luther Acres, the Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. The position requires flexibility, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
