Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)
What You'll Be Doing:
Laying down clean, solid welds with Aluminum MIG and / or TIG
Reading blueprints and tape measures like a pro
Lifting, bending, reaching, squatting—staying active throughout the shift
Working closely with a team that has your back
Owning your role with a “get it done right” attitude
Meeting physical demands (including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs)
Staying sharp and ready to pitch in wherever needed
What You Bring to the Table:
MIG or TIG welding experience (TIG 3 yrs. experience)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to read routings, manifests, and production reports
Independence with a team-player mindset
A history of showing up and getting the job done right
