Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Planner
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Summary: The Senior Supply Chain Planner ensures production schedules are met by managing materials, resources, and capacity. This role coordinates purchase orders, work orders, inventory, and resolves any supply chain issues that may disrupt production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules and work orders to meet timelines.
- Obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and manage sub-contracting services.
- Communicate material shortages or non-conformances to management.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and assist in strategic sourcing.
- Track supplier performance and create forecasts as needed.
- Support QMS and ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Assist in supplier selection and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years in supply chain or sourcing, with medical device experience preferred.
- ERP experience required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30-43/hr.
