The LCMS Foundation was established in 1958 as a stewardship ministry of the church and dedicated to the belief that the Foundation would, “be a vehicle which can, and under the blessing of God’s will, usher in a completely new era for our church.” Since that awe-filled beginning, thousands of inspired stewards, joyful in their thanks to God, have used the LCMS Foundation to plan and manage gifts that benefit their families, congregations and ministries worldwide. At the same time hundreds of LCMS congregations, as well as dozens of schools, RSOs, our two seminaries and many of the Concordia universities have trusted the LCMS Foundation to be their dedicated investment resource.

Position Relationships
- Partners with the Senior Vice President, Gift Planning Services, Vice President Gift Planning Services and Gift Planning Counselors in coordination and execution of department and company initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as subject matter expert for cloud-based gift planning tools
- Coordinates onboarding of new gift planning staff.
- Serves as first point of contact for gift planning inquiries to the LCMS Foundation
- Manages planning and execution of logistics of counselor conferences and regional advocate training, including travel, lodging, scheduling and materials management.
- Maintains Partnership Agreement Management and department document compliance to include assistance with contract creation, renewal tracking and department/staff file maintenance. Provides modest admin support to the SVP-Gift Planning Services and VP
- -Gift Planning Services to include project management, corporate credit card and expense reconciliation and general administrative duties.
Education and Experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Three years of administrative experience, preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
