The associate is responsible for meeting all compliance requirements imposed on LCNB National Bank by State and Federal law and regulations, as well as all related LCNB National Bank policies and procedures. Loan Servicing Support

- Status: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
- Location: Lebanon Operations Center
- Hours: M - Th 8:15 to 5:05, Friday 8:20 to 6:00
Responsible for the servicing of loan customers by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining data.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to loans that have been originated and then work to find an appropriate resolution in a timely manner. This may require research and providing information
- Prepare payoff statements and process loan payments
- Process collateral for Commercial, Real Estate, and Consumer loans for both newly originated loans and paid off loans
- Scan and index loan documents to the image system
- Additional duties as assigned
- 1 year experience of general loan knowledge or equivalent
- 1 year customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all customers (both internal associates and external clients)
- Actively listen to and ascertain customer needs and research as necessary
- Ability to work productively as part of a team or independently
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgment and effectively problem-solve
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suites and successfully navigate web-based platforms and internal operating systems
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
