Position Purpose:
LCNB National Bank is seeking a Regional Sales and Relationship Manager to join our Business Development and Business Banking Department. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with business development and customer acquisition of loans and deposits in the business banking, commercial and retail areas. This role is responsible for assisting Branch Staff, Commercial Loan Officers and Mortgage Loan Officers with relationship development, lead sourcing and cross servicing. The Regional Sales and Relationship Manager will work closely with the Directors of Business Banking and Consumer Lending, as well as Branch Administration and the Consumer Lending Team to serve as resource, coach, trainer and advocate to the Branch Staff and all Lenders. Including the positive development and encouragement of the relationships with Branch Staff, Business Partners, assigned Market Leaders, Customers and Business Owners for the benefit of growing the Bank as a whole.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and generate loan and deposit opportunities in the assigned Market
· Assist in the coaching and training of branch personnel in the areas of client acquisition, lending and overall business development with the use of LCNB created material and strategies
· Coach and train retail lending personnel techniques to develop and acquire new loan and deposit opportunities
· Master the Bank’s loan operating system
· Communicate with and facilitate processes will all parties in the organizational process
· Operate within a team environment and effectively communicate with customers, lenders, processors, closers and underwriters
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (internal/external)
· Assist in effectively resolving any customer complaints or concerns voiced
· Manage time and business development activities at a high level
· Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications/Education/Experience:
· 10 years of experience Business Development, Sales, Management, Underwriting, Coaching and Training
· Proficient in current business development techniques and strategies
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or formal training

Working Conditions:
· Ability to work outside the office 50% of the time
· Ability to travel to and from bank offices and third-party locations
· Must be able to travel 50% of the time
· Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
· Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
· Occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment
· Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
