Job Summary
The Director of Marketing will serve as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for both LCOFS and LCOTG. This dual-role executive will manage brand positioning, performance marketing, partner communications, product marketing, and digital engagement. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, business unit heads, and cross-functional teams to elevate both companies across all channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Branding
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for LCOFS (financial services) and LCOTG (technology).
· Define, refine, and differentiate brand identity, value propositions, and messaging across platforms.
· Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, digital content, and customer engagement campaigns.
Digital & Performance Marketing
· Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email, web analytics, and PPC.
· Partner with analytics and product teams to track KPIs, monitor ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
· Manage and enhance web presence and lead generation pipelines for both companies.
Product & Platform Marketing
· Collaborate with product, underwriting, and sales teams to build go-to-market strategies for new tech products, financial offerings, and platform enhancements.
· Create effective marketing assets for new platform features (FireflA.I., LMS, Nibi Payment solutions, etc.).
Partnerships & Communication
· Develop and execute B2B and B2C partner marketing strategies.
· Support strategic partnership proposals, investor materials, and pitch decks.
· Manage internal and external communications, PR opportunities, and conference participation.
Leadership & Operations
· Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
· Manage the marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
· Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all departments and initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 8 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in both fintech and technology sectors.
· Proven success in scaling brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
· Passion for innovation, storytelling, and customer-centric marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,536.00 - $86,624.00 per year
