LMS Coordinator
(Learning Management System Coordinator)
Position Summary
This position will work to update, create, and produce materials for the purpose of assisting to train LCPtracker clients, end users and internal staff, via our LMS platform and Knowledge Center.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage LMS platform
- Maintaining product data on LCPtracker Academy and the Knowledge Center
- Respond to LCPtracker Academy Questions via email/phone. These come in from Support/Marketing/Sales or External users.
- Promo Code creation and monitoring.
- Contact Docebo/Fresh Desk with Support Questions.
- Updating Learning Plans (video edits, Audio edits, Power point edits)
- Creating and running reports to monitor users, completions, transactions. Etc.
- Onboarding new employees with LCPtracker Academy information.
- Problem solving
- Collaborating work
- Testing and creating new ideas
- Contact with Accounting team for Invoices and payments in Stripe
- Support the Manager with monthly product and opportunities sales reports
- Keeping up to date with Docebo/Fresh Desk updates
- Assisting with content creation
Key responsibilities
- Working with the relevant Manager, manage and update the resource planning system, to ensure the product data and information is current and accurate.
- Working with the relevant Manager, set up all new product ranges in the system to support the New Product Introduction process in line with the Project timescales.
- React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the Manager and Production team
- Ensure all new data entered into the resource planning system is accurate and consistent in its format
- Work with Customer Care and the Production team to discuss continuous process improvement.
- Manage and remove obsolete products/options.
- Check product data entry input daily by external and internal users.

Education and Experience
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- LMS experience a plus
- Camtasia experience
- Background in training or education a plus
- Strong LCPtracker system knowledge mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication mandatory
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Requirements
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference and Regional Seminars as assigned.
