LCS is seeking a dynamic, experienced, compassionate executive director to lead our community at Rose Senior Living in Carmel, IN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within our rental community, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, resident satisfaction, and community engagement.

The Role:

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of staff.
  • Ensure resident care plans and services are tailored to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, inventory, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability of the community.
  • Develop & implement strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Manage audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or a closely related area.
  • Five or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in the senior living industry.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting & reporting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for working with seniors and ensuring a high quality of life for residents.

Travel Frequency: 0-10%

Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $138,000

The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
