The Role:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the senior living community, including operations, budgeting, staffing, marketing, and resident care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the community’s growth, sustainability, and high-quality of services.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture through strong leadership, clear communication, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and the needs of senior residents.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of management experience in a life care community.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Minnesota. At a minimum must meet the eligibility requirements under applicable state specific law to obtain licensure.
- The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups. A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community.
