Job Overview

At this current time we are looking for subcontract workers, must have own equipment and supplies.

We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Pool Cleaning / Service Company.

As a Professional Pool Service, you will be responsible for using high / soft pressure washing equipment to clean and restore a variety of surfaces, including decks, sidewalks, and building exteriors. Create and implement a treatment plan for "Green to Clean". Your extensive knowledge & expertise will help our clients maintain the appearance and longevity of their pools and property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment to clean surfaces effectively and efficiently.

- Assess the condition of surfaces & pool water and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.

- Remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants from various surfaces, ensuring a thorough clean.

- Communicate with us to understand specific cleaning needs so we can provide exceptional customer service.

- Ability to accurately test the water & read the results. Then knowing the next proper steps to take, based on those results.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Ability to swim fully clothed is a must. Your safety is a priority.

- Keep accurate records of services performed and any necessary follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques for a variety of surfaces, chemicals, equipment & operation.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Reliable transportation & Own supplies/equipment.

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Experience:

• Professional Pool Service: 2 years (Required)
