We currently have openings for Part-time sales associates at our Henderson, NV location. If you excel at sales and customer service and are comfortable in our adult only environment, you could be earning top dollar! Full time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement.
Qualified applicant must be able to work a variety of shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends. Applicants must be comfortable with working solo shifts without supervision. Applicants must be prompt and ready to work all scheduled shifts. All applicants must be neat and tidy in appearance while following company dress code.
Strengths: Sales experience, Strong Communication, Customer Service/Salesmanship, Team Orientated, Self-Motivation, Organization, Attention to Detail, and Multi-Tasking.
Retail sales experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Flexible availability
Additionally:
· Strong communication skills
· Experience with computers
· Excellent customer service is desired
· Must be available nights and weekends
In addition, eligibility for a monthly performance bonus. And the retention bonus is as follows: $500 for full-time and $300 for part-time after 90 days of employment.
· Eligible for a retention bonus after 90 days of employment (Up to $500)
· Pay Includes: Base pay commission

- Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal
Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:
- Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
- Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
- Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
- Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
