Job Description:

Leak detection monitoring technician needed within natural gas facilities to monitor fugitive emissions.

Must be comfortable working in a highly regulated, detail oriented environment where strict adherence to rules and procedures is required.

This job entails going into natural gas processing plants, monitoring their fugitive emissions, and performing basic leak repair.

Most of our gas plants are located within 10 minutes to 2 hours of our office in Guthrie, Oklahoma. A company truck is provided for driving while on the job, and drive time from the office to the job site and back is paid. Must have reliable transportation to our office in Guthrie.

We work 40-hours per week, Monday through Friday, usually starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am. We do occasionally work overtime, but overtime is not guaranteed (anything over 40-hours per week worked is considered overtime).

Job Requirements:

This position requires the following:

  • High School diploma
  • Reliable transportation from your home to our office in Guthrie.
  • 21-years of age
  • Clean driving record (current driver’s license, and no more than one ticket within last 3-years)
  • Clean drug and background test
  • Physical ability to carry ladders, climb ladders, carry 20-pound backpack and be on feet approx. 8-hours per day
  • Cannot be afraid of heights
  • Fire retardant clothing (provided by company)
  • Able and willing to work in all different weather conditions and industrial environment
  • Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
