Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize computer software reservations and shipstore.
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in office management software.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication.
