We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team!
This is a full-time in-office position for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Albuquerque, NM. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and be able to diagnose, and resolve problems quickly. You will handle a variety of tasks to support and improve client network systems, troubleshooting and maintenance. You will have input and influence towards the company's direction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Network & Windows System issues and outages
- Know and follow industry best practices
- Administer network security to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Document all technical procedures and processes
- Perform help desk technical support
- Manage and perform Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and setup
- Work with compliance and security tasks
Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Experience with Windows & Microsoft products
- Hardware repair
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, while diligently documenting work and following processes
- College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related tech degree, and professional Microsoft Certification is a plus
