What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Bookkeeper position at LDG Accounting Services?
Full-time position with growing bookkeeping firm. This is a permanent position.
Requirements:

- Must understand that our clients are the lifeblood of our business
- Bookkeeping experience required.
- Accounting degree/education preferred.
- QuickBooks Online and desktop experience preferred
- Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, Chrome and IE experience required.
- Must be computer literate and self-motivated.
- QBO ProAdvisor Certification required within 3 months of employment. You will have access the certification program through us.
Responsibilities include:
- Some AR/AP (on behalf of clients--no collections involved).
- Bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Flagging issues in books.
- Journal entries.
- Any other bookkeeping/accounting as required for multiple clients.
- General office duties include communicating with clients about their books, responding to emails, etc.
Hourly pay commensurate with experience and proven abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
