We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Remote / Hybrid Client Accounting Bookkeeper. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients in managing their financial affairs, leveraging your proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for 80% of the time, with occasional in-person meetings scheduled at our esteemed locations in East Gwinnett, Loganville, Grayson, or Lawrenceville. This is a full-time commitment, requiring 40 hours of service per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client-centric Approach : Dedicate 50% of your time to one client, ensuring meticulous maintenance and accuracy of their financial records.
- Financial Organization : Utilize QuickBooks and Salesforce to meticulously organize and maintain clients' financial records, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Communication and Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client, delivering exceptional support and guidance as needed, and ensuring comprehension of financial reports.
- Precision and Accuracy : Conduct thorough reviews of all financial transactions to ensure precision and adherence to established guidelines.
