- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in client accounting is required.
- Skill in bank account and credit card reconciliation.
- Ability to handle payroll tax preparation and filing.
- Competence in General Ledger postings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in public accounting.
- Experience with small business clients is advantageous.
- Capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
