We are seeking a full-time Buyer. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to procurement of materials for the organization.

Job responsibilities include:
- Coordination of all activities related to procurement of materials for the organization beginning with intent to purchase through delivery.
- Review of vehicle / project specifications to determine purchase part requirements.
- Lead strategic sourcing projects to ensure optimum total costs for assigned commodities.
- Drive cost savings through supplier negotiation, strategic sourcing, supplier and item number rationalization and economic order quantity analysis.
- Actively manage assigned suppliers through regular supplier reviews and meetings.
Requirements
Candidates should have these qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, MRP/ ERP systems, and Word Processing software.
- Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle systems is a plus.
- Possess extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, and have the ability to prioritize time- sensitive work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Be customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be 18 or older.
