Duties & Essential Responsibilities
- Support Commercial Vice President with daily tasks and projects.
- Contact aircraft operators for quotations on aircraft that will best fit the client’s specific request, preferences and desired itinerary.
- Vet the aircraft operator option to ensure the aircraft, crew and operator meet or exceed Le Bas and client's business.
- Communicate with the client on additional trip details such as ground transportation, catering and special needs.
- Track and manage the active flight and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Liaise with the operator with trip oversight, pass communications from the client to the operator, and defend the client’s best interests.
- Collect Invoices to close the trip and send them to the accounting department.
- Provide customer care and retention.
Education& Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
