What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Sales Consultant/Social Media Manager position at Le Bella Donna?
We are looking for a talented Bridal Social Media Manager to administer and grow our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original copy and video content, managing posts and responding to followers to promote brand consistency.
You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to consistently further our marketing goals on all of our social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager for Le Bella Donna, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends and fashion trends within our industry. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, social media growth and customer engagement to drive traffic, brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences using multiple analytical tools
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and bridal market trends
- Set specific objectives and provide reports on performance and ROI from multiple data channels including but not limited to Google Analytics, Semrush and other applicable platforms
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily and consistently (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and determine the best ways to invest in marketing dollars and further optimize the company's digital presence
- Collaborate with other like minded industry related vendors to establish promotions, acting as a brand representative and further promoting brand connections.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews providing thorough and accurate responses. Serve as a primary contact point for the brands social identity.
- Oversee social media accounts design and aesthetic (e.g. profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to further brand awareness and overall growth, and implementing campaigns, sales promotions to align with company goals
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications to ensure fully optimized digital footprint
- Maintain relationship and serve as primary contact point for Le Bella Donna with agencies that regulate website and digital ads
- Regulate social media platforms and calendars with engaging content mapping out a blueprint for the most effective social strategies
- Attend markets and social events for all networking opportunities
- Assist as needed on the sales floor with clients and provide administrative support in the boutique.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in Bridal or Formalwear
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with graphic and web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
