What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Sales Consultant position at Le Bella Donna?
We are a boutique wedding dress boutique that has recently relocated to the Newtown, PA area. We are seeking a motivated Bridal/ Formalwear Stylist that wants to work with a team of hard working individuals and has the ability to work independently. Hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
~Greeting customers with an energetic upbeat attitude
~Assisting clients through their dress selection
~Styling clients with attire and accessories
~Closing sales to meet monthly sales goals
~New gown processing, including receiving, inspection, steaming and tagging
~Client follow up
~Participation in store events
~Assisting in selecting new designers and styles traveling to buying markets
~Store organization and window display
~Sales floor presentation and maintenance
~Participating and posting on social media outlets
~Working on store promotions and marketing
~Other responsibilities as assigned
~Researching industry trends and brand promotion
Qualifications:
~Retail sales experience, preferably in the bridal industry/formalwear
~Interest in fashion and upcoming trends
~Available during Saturdays as well as evenings since these can be our busiest times
~Ability to work with diverse clientele and staff members
~Desire to work as a team and push to attain sales goals
