What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Le Chene French Cuisine?
Part-time server needed for established restaurant. We are searching for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Scheduling will require weekend and holiday availability. We are open for dinner 6 days a week, for brunch on Sundays, for banquets and/or weddings, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately taking and process guests' orders in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a high quality of customer service through a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Creating a fine dining atmosphere with the ability to handle guest complaints/requests responsibly
- Protecting establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
Skills:
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations, and basic customer service
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees
- Ability to time meals accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations
Education:
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
