Duties
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and cooking equipment.
- Assist in food preparation by washing vegetables and other ingredients as needed.
- Help with bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are tidy for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Support cooks and kitchen staff by providing necessary items during meal preparation.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen.
