Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude, consistently applying patience and dedication to training and ongoing professional development.
- Dedicated to maintaining exceptional floor presence at all times, ensuring attentive and seamless service.
- The ability to hand deliver dishes followed by a clear and professional verbal description of dishes.
- - familiarity with full espresso machine service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
- The ability to multi-task a variety of floor responsibilities, including table marking, wine glass placement, and general table maintenance.
- 2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or well-regarded metropolitan restaurants (preferred).
