YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals
- Oversee and optimize staffing to ensure seamless sales operations, maintaining a strong presence as a role model in both customer engagement and sales generation.
- Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges.
- Utilize Selling Essentials and training resources to continually upskill the team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and clienteling to achieve business goals.
- Foster an inclusive, positive workplace where all associates are empowered and treated fairly and respectfully in alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Ensure timely resolution of client service issues, including delivery / pick-up and outstanding issues, through effective use and management of client registry and order management tools.
- Deliver sales an KPI targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through ongoing personalized outreach, driving loyalty and long-term engagement.
