2. Order Taking: Efficiently and accurately take customer orders, offering recommendations and providing detailed information about menu items.
3. Table Management: Oversee the seating and arrangement of guests, maintaining a welcoming and organized dining area.
4. Communication: Collaborate with the kitchen and support staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
5. Upselling: Proactively suggest additional menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance the overall dining experience.
6. Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures.
7. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
8. Maintain Ambiance: Contribute to the creation of a welcoming atmosphere by assisting with decor, lighting, and overall ambiance.
Qualifications:
