Client Service Associate
Our client, a wealth management practice in Fairfield County, is hiring a Client Service Associate to work closely with the Senior Advisors and their clients. The right candidate should have an interest in the financial planning profession, high detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Client Case Preparation
- Create insurance illustrations and proposals
- Create investment proposals as instructed by Senior Advisors
- Financial plan software work and creating financial plans
Client Onboarding & Client Service
- Assist clients with a first-class onboarding experience:
- Assisting with insurance applications and underwriting
- Process client service request (e.g. address changes, beneficiary changes etc.)
- Follows-up to ensure all client service is completed and tasks are reviewed
- Maintain client status reports
- Serve as a liaison between the clients and the insuring company
- Coordinate client information in the CRM system
Other:
- Manage the CRM system for the Senior Advisors
- Set and confirm client appointments for the Senior Advisors
- Manage social media accounts
- Ad hoc projects and other operational work
Qualifications:
- Preferred financial services and insurance experience
- Life and Health Insurance license (or must obtain in first 180 days)
Location: Hybrid- 4x a week in office
Salary: 45-50k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
