Job Description
The Client Service Associate plays an integral part of the overall client experience, supporting the Wealth Management Team. A high degree of accuracy is required to ensure a satisfying and memorable client experience.
The Client Service Associate will execute client insurance onboarding, including preparing illustrations, scheduling medical exams, preparing applications, managing the underwriting process, and preparing for policy delivery meetings.
The associate will also handle ongoing policy servicing and maintenance, such as billing updates, reconsiderations, loan processing, executing client investment onboarding, including preparing account opening paperwork, facilitating rollovers with clients, tracking incoming transfers, confirming cost basis information, handling all necessary account maintenance, communicating with clients in a professional, compassionate, and timely manner, maintaining client confidence and trust through zero defect work, actively participating and contributing to Operations Team projects, inputting and maintaining accurate client information in all appropriate databases and software applications, effectively managing and prioritizing workflow, actively participating and contributing to professional development and training, individually and with the team.
