What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to the CEO position at Lead Artisan?
This Isn’t Just a Job. It’s War Against Chaos. You will be the Shadow Behind the Power
Your are the executive assistant. You are almost the COO.
You’re not here to assist—you’re here to command order in the storm. If you’re looking for a cozy 9 to 5, where tasks are handed to you gently with a smile, turn around now. This role isn’t for the faint-hearted. This is for the relentless, the sharp-minded, the ones who can thrive under pressure and dominate in high-stress environments.
The battlefield? A high-octane, elite mastermind group where business owners, CEOs, and industry leaders gather to win. Your general? A CEO who is aggressive, intense, bossy, and militant. He doesn’t have time for feelings. He doesn’t coddle. You won’t be asked politely—you’ll be expected to know before the words leave his mouth.
Your Mission Should You Have the Guts to Accept It
You’ll be the eyes, ears, and executioner for the CEO. You won’t just assist—you’ll anticipate. You’ll be on every sales call, every client interaction, every Zoom meeting, absorbing every detail and updating the CRM in real time because in this war zone, missing information isn’t an option.
Your job is simple
- Learn the CEO Know how he thinks. Anticipate his next three moves before he even makes the first

- Schedule like a tactician Every meeting, every follow-up, every deadline—locked down. No room for slip-ups
- Handle payment plans, onboarding, and client categorization without needing someone to spell it out
- Clean up the chaos Payment issues, client follow-ups, paperwork—done before it’s even asked for
- Create task lists for unresolved problems - so the other team members can see what needs fixed.
- Be relentless in detail Perfection isn’t optional—it’s your obsession
The Environment You’re Stepping Into
High Stress. No excuses. Always go, go, go
The CEO? Think military general meets business shark. Aggressive, commanding, and brutally honest
You’ll handle interactions with CEOs and entrepreneurs who eat pressure for breakfast and expect you to do the same
You must
- Think 2 to 3 steps ahead always
- Be unflinchingly confident around high-net-worth individuals
- Execute immediately procrastination will destroy you here
- Speak up if you don’t know something. Weakness isn’t in asking—it’s in pretending you know when you don’t
- Handle direct, sometimes harsh feedback without flinching
You are the CEO’s silent enforcer you handle the details so he can focus on winning. Every task you handle perfectly is another fire he doesn’t have to put out
