Role Description : We are seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist I to join our team. This role supports deposit operations by performing routine reviews, maintaining accurate account records, assisting with routine reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. With a foundational understanding of basic deposit operations, this role will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, day-to-day processes.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive in their approach to routine problem-solving and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
In this role you will :
- Maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency across deposit operations functions
- Perform routine account, transaction, and hold reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Perform routine account maintenance, ensuring consistent data integrity for internal and regulatory needs
- Assist with preparing documentation for internal and external audit processes and legal requests
- Index and archive documents to ensure accurate record-keeping, easy retrieval, and compliance
- Address operational issues by following established procedures and collaborating with internal teams for resolution
- Prepare and maintain basic internal reports to support operational needs and ensure stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information
- Coordinate with internal teams to track, report, and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement in processes and documentation
- Assist with the update and implementation of policies and procedures in response to regulatory or operational changes
- Perform all other duties as assigned
