- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food production and service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial reports to optimize profitability.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for managing orders, payments, and reporting sales data effectively.
