Based on your work ethic, development and dedication to your role, with support from your local branch and job-site leadership, you will develop and strengthen your skill sets.

We are seeking Accounts Payableto become part of our team!

Your responsibilities will include :

Candidates will be processinglargevolume of invoices daily in accordance with company policy.

Reconcile, research and correct discrepancies.

Communicate with buyers, sub administrators, vendors, subcontractors to ensure timely payment.

Work with AP Analysts and provide audit support.

Verify purchase orders and ensure they are accurate.

Prepare payments.

Assist with month end closing.

Requirements for this role include :

Candidates must have strong Excel and spreadsheet experience as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Must have strong verbal and written skills.

Experience working with property management companiesa bigplus.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Able to manage multiple projects.
