Role Description: The Loan Processor III is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and processing functions associated with commercial loans. The processor must analyze each request to determine the intent of the request and the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documentation required to complete the transaction. The processor funds and coordinates the activities on new commitments and existing obligations for commercial loans.

Role Description: The Loan Processor III is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and processing functions associated with commercial loans. The processor must analyze each request to determine the intent of the request and the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documentation required to complete the transaction. The processor funds and coordinates the activities on new commitments and existing obligations for commercial loans.
In This Role You Will
- Accurately prepare both new and renewal loan documents for commercial loans
- Order appraisals/title commitments and gather any other needed documents prior to closing
- Communicate directly with borrower for insurance information as needed and to send any preliminary disclosures as needed
- Coordinate closings with title companies
- Prepare real estate recording package and assure that documents are recorded
- File UCC’s and vehicle notice of liens on line
- Fund loan proceeds
- Organize documents into complete Lead Bank file order to be imaged
- Assist clients in person or by phone as necessary
- Process construction and commercial loan draw requests
- Review daily reports, assist with non-post resolution as needed
- Follow up for recorded documents, title policies, insurance to insure a complete loan file, as needed
- Work with loan officers as needed to collect financial information from clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5 years of loan processing experience, financial services or office environment
- At least 2 years of processing commercial real estate loans
- Excellent communication skills
- Self starter, engaged, proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves
