The Maintenance Technician provides building and equipment maintenance support. These positions requires a strong technical focus where the technician will be preforming preventative and corrective maintenance in the manufacturing environment. These positions requires additional employer provided training, certifications and onboarding time. We look for positive, team-oriented people who can also work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Using hand and air tools
· Navigating heavy equipment
· Conduct basic problem solving
· Follow customer safety and quality requirements
· Ability to quickly analyze and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment
· Understand written job instructions
· Use mechanical and/or electrical schematic, sketches manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions to troubleshoot and repair equipment
· Completing documentation of repair details as directed
· All other duties as assigned by Leadec site management

Requirements
The job requires lots of walking. The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work in a wet and closed environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Upper body strength is a plus.

Salary - Will range from 22.00/hr to 25.94/hr depending upon position and shift filled.
Below are the current openings with pay and description.
- Electrical install (Projects)- 3- 12-hour weekend shifts starting pay $25.94. Job description: Install tv’s, cameras, conduit, pull wires, install panels, install/maintain lighting and other construction or facilities work. Have a working knowledge of NEC. This position requires working from an aerial lift.
- 3rd shift Facilities Maintenance 5 – 8-hour days Sun – Thurs. Starting $22.00. Electrical and mechanical skills required.
- 1st shift weekend 4 – 10-hour shift starting $24.44 Electrical, Mechanical fire alarm systems experience are a plus.
-CAD draftsman – 5 – 8-hour days $25.00 work in Auto cad and other systems to update and create evacuation maps, fire alarms systems, and other architectural drawings. Any maintenance and fire alarm system experience are a plus.
